About ImandrA integration with Windows applications

ImandrA integrates with many popular Windows applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; and AutoCAD. Many ImandrA features are available through these integrations, which means that you do not have to switch frequently between the applications and ImandrA in order to manage your documents.

From these applications you can execute the following actions:

• Adding documents to FileNet
• Creating, removing, and renaming folders
• Executing searches

From within ImandrA, all actions can be performed and most actions can be applied to multiple documents. From within integrated applications, actions can only be performed on one document. The MS Office Import command, for example, will have the same result as the ImandrA Import command, but only for one document at a time.
